1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 0tk10 platform at 0tk10.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 0tk10 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 0tk10 platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation and dispute resolution.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 0tk10. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 0tk10 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements each time you access or use the platform.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make deposits, place bets, or claim any promotional offer on 0tk10. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 0tk10 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 0tk10 platform is operated for and targeted at players residing in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, you confirm that your use of 0tk10 is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the platform is legal in your jurisdiction. 0tk10 makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate for use outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 0tk10 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

2.4 Self-Excluded Players

Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from 0tk10, or who are enrolled in any third-party responsible gaming program, are not eligible to register a new account or access the platform during their exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 0tk10's services — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino, and slot games — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth (must confirm you are 18 years or older)
• Valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Valid email address

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

0tk10 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with international anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at 0tk10's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence (dated within 90 days)
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, or bank account details

3.3 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 0tk10 account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, ensuring that your mobile device is secured with a PIN or biometric lock, and logging out after each session on shared devices. 0tk10 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 Account Name Matching

The name on your 0tk10 account must exactly match the name registered with your payment method (bKash number, bank account, etc.). Withdrawals to payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Any mismatch may result in withdrawal delays pending additional verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 0tk10 — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and wager settlements — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 0tk10 does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion service is offered on the platform.

• Any active bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the associated real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST are typically processed within 2–4 hours; requests submitted after 18:00 BST may be processed the following morning

4.4 Deposit Fees

0tk10 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. 0tk10 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

0tk10 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 0tk10 welcome bonus: a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. To claim this bonus, the player must opt in during the deposit process. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on 0tk10 are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in full on each promotion page. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the promotion page
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds in your wallet
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: ৳500 per round or spin (unless otherwise stated)
• Placing bets above the maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to wagering requirements being met
• 0tk10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, or other abusive strategies — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts closed
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and T20 World Cup carry their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the 0tk10 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change before the bet is confirmed
• Once a bet slip is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to a short delay to allow odds updates. 0tk10 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed during the delay window if the event outcome was already determined at the time of placement
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with 0tk10's sport-specific rules (typically voided unless otherwise stated)
• 0tk10 offers markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, international bilateral cricket, football, kabaddi, and field hockey, among other sports
• Maximum payout per single bet: ৳5,000,000 unless otherwise stated for a specific market

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

• All casino and slot games are provided by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). 0tk10 does not alter or influence game outcomes
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's internal logic. The result will be credited or debited upon your next login
• If a game malfunctions and cannot complete a round, all bets for that round will be voided and stakes returned to players
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available in the game's information panel

6.3 Bet Voidance and Error Correction

0tk10 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• An obvious pricing error has occurred (palpable error)
• A technical fault has affected the integrity of the bet or game round
• There is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, integrity concerns, or irregular betting patterns on a specific event
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or any sport-specific rule

In all cases of bet voidance, the original stake will be returned to the player's 0tk10 balance within 24 hours.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a player on 0tk10, you agree to use the platform lawfully, ethically, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person
• Money Laundering: Using 0tk10 as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, collusion with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your 0tk10 account
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits made to 0tk10
• Hacking or Tampering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or data

7.2 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and agree to use 0tk10 responsibly. You confirm that funds used for gambling are not sourced from loans or money required for essential living expenses. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are strongly encouraged to visit the Responsible Gaming page and activate available self-help tools immediately.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

0tk10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request

8.2 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 0tk10 reserves the right to:

• Forfeit the entire balance of the account, including both real-money and bonus funds
• Cancel any pending withdrawal requests
• Retain any winnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity
• Share account information with relevant authorities or third-party fraud prevention services

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 0tk10 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining balance (subject to KYC clearance and active wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Please note that if you choose to close your account for responsible gaming reasons (rather than a preference to stop using the platform), you should request a formal self-exclusion rather than a standard closure — self-exclusion carries stronger protective measures.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. Dormant accounts will receive a written notification by email before any administrative fee is applied to the balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
